PD-1 inhibitor

500 mg IV every 3 weeks x 4-6 doses, followed by 1000 mg IV every 6 weeks

• Chemotherapy (Primary Advanced or Recurrent dMMR/MSI-H Endometrial Cancer) - 3 years of total treatment (6 doses at every 3 weeks followed by 23 cycles at every 6 weeks) or until PD/unacceptable toxicity.

• Other indications - Until PD / unacceptable toxicity.

• Chemotherapy (Primary Advanced or Recurrent dMMR/MSI-H Endometrial Cancer) - 500 mg IV every 3 weeks x 6 doses → 1000 mg IV every 6 weeks

All doses administered IV over 30 minutes.
