PD-L1 inhibitor

10 mg/kg IV every 2 weeks OR 20 mg/kg IV every 4 weeks

• Canadian funding supports 10 mg/kg IV every 2 weeks up to a maximum of 750 mg OR 20 mg/kg IV every 4 weeks up to a maximum of 1500 mg.

• Stage III NSCLC following chemoradiotherapy - 1 year of total treatment (13 doses at every 4 weeks OR 26 doses at every 2weeks) or until PD / unacceptable toxicity.

• Other indications - Until PD or unacceptable toxicity.

• Chemotherapy (1L ES-SCLC) - 20 mg/kg (maximum 1500 mg) IV every 3 weeks x 4 doses → 20 mg/kg (maximum 1500 mg) IV every 4 weeks as monotherapy.

• Chemotherapy (1L Advanced or Metastatic Biliary Tract Cancers) - 20 mg/kg (maximum 1500mg) IV every 3 weeks x 8 doses → 20 mg/kg (maximum 1500mg) IV every 4 weeks as monotherapy.

• Tremelimumab (1L BCLC Stage C Hepatocellular Carcinoma) - 20 mg/kg (maximum 1500mg) IV every 4 weeks following a single dose of tremelimumab.

All doses administered IV over 60 minutes.
