• Metastatic melanoma (monotherapy or in combination with nivolumab) - 12 weeks (4 doses at every 3 weeks) or until PD / unacceptable toxicity.

• 1L intermediate / poor risk metastatic renal cell carcinoma - 12 weeks (4 doses at every 3 weeks) or until PD / unacceptable toxicity.

• 1L NSCLC with nivolumab and chemotherapy - 2 years (17-18 doses at every 6 weeks) or until PD / unacceptable toxicity.

• 1L malignant pleural mesothelioma with nivolumab - 2 years (17-18 doses at every 6 weeks) or until PD / unacceptable toxicity.

• Nivolumab (1L metastatic melanoma) - 3 mg/kg IV every 3 weeks

• Nivolumab (Intermediate / high risk metastatic renal cell carcinoma) - 1 mg/kg IV every 3 weeks

• Nivolumab and chemotherapy (1L metastatic NSCLC) - 1 mg/kg IV every 6 weeks

• Nivolumab (1L malignant pleural mesothelioma) - 1 mg/kg IV every 6 weeks

All doses administered IV over 30 minutes.

Dose dependent relationship with efficacy and toxicity (e.g., 10 mg/kg is more effective and toxic in metastatic melanoma compared to 3 mg/kg)
